Ingredients



    * *Applegate Farms Natural Pancetta, 3 oz (remove)
    * *Trader Joe's Organic Creamy Tomato Soup, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup (remove)
    * Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)
    * Pasta, cooked, 6 oz (remove)# *Baby Carots, 3 oz (remove)
    # Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    # Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Garlic, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

saute pancetta until crispy 5 10 min low heat
remove pancetta leave drippings
add finely chopped carot,celery,onion & garlic saute until soft 5 min
add tomato soup, sauce ,beef broth & water
bring to a boil
turn down heat and simmer slowly for
when reduced by a third ad red kidney beans and gently smash against side of pot leaving some whole
add oregano, seasom with salt & pepper to taste
simmer for another 15 min or so
add tubetti cooked pasta.
