Ingredients

    20 oz lean ground turkey
    32 oz canned tomatoes
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 large onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 yellow pepper, diced
    12 oz Ronzoni smart macaroni
    8 oz 4 cheese blend shredded cheese
    Salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, basil, oregano to taste.

Directions

Brown turkey burger & drain fat. Rinse with hot water. Return to pan & add peppers, onion & garlic. Saute until veggies are soft. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions until aldente. Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil & bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly. Remove foil & bake additional 15 minutes until top browns. Makes 8 servings.
