Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Skinless Boneless Chicken breast halves
    1-10 3/4 can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    3 cups of Chow Mein Noodles

Directions

Boil chicken breast. Cool and shred. Mix chicken, soup, and chow main noodles together. Spray two quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and then put mixture into dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes six servings.
*Tip - If you like your chicken moist, you can add another can of soup or less chicken. My family like ours moist, so I kind of eyeball it.
