Ingredients

    10 oz lean ground turkey
    25 slices turkey pepperoni
    1 cup water
    2 pkg beef flavor ramen noodles (only 1 flavor packet)
    14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with garlic and basil
    3 oz Shredded Part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

brown ground turkey and pepperoni, drain. Add water, tomatoes until boiling. Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender. Turn off heat, cover with cheese and cover pan for 5 mins.
