Introduction
This is from a weight watchers meeting back in 1996. I make this a lot for lunches with friends. Sometimes I'll substitute shrimp for the chicken. Or I'll add more veggies, such as red bell peppers or snow pea pods (add pea pods just before serving. They lose flavor and color if left long in marinade). Ingredients

4 oz Angel Hair Pasta
One Seasoning Packet from Oriental Flavor Top Ramen (toss out the noodles)
1/4 Cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
1 Large Carrot, Julienned
4 oz Cooked and Shredded Chicken Breast
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add julienned carrots to pasta in the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Drain and rise with cool water.
Combine Chicken, Pasta, and Carrots in a covered container.
Dissolve Top Ramen Seasoning packet in the Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar. Add Sesame Seed Oil.
Pour dressing over pasta, and chicken. Refrigerate for several hours for best flavor. Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.
