A lovely ruby red juice made of carrots, apples, beet and ginger. A lovely ruby red juice made of carrots, apples, beet and ginger.

Ingredients

    2 medium red apples
    2 large carrots
    1 medium beet
    1 inch fresh ginger root

Directions

Rinse the produce well and cut into pieces that will fit the chute of your juicer. Juice all. Makes one 2 1/2 cup serving.
