Ingredients

Beef, eye of round, 36 oz
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
*Raw Yellow Squash, 5 cup
*100% Organic Baby Carrots, 16 oz
*Garlic (1 Clove), 3 gram(s)
**McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp
*Garlic Powder, 3 tsp
*Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 3 tsp
*Black Pepper, ground, 3 tsp
*Chili Powder, 3 tsp
Directions
clean and rinse stew meat.
Make ground turkey into balls. Put all meat in large pot, cover with water.
Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the squash and carrots.
Bring to a boil...simmer for 30 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables and bring to a boil again....simmer for 30 minutes.
Eat and enjoy...
Great with cornbread!
