Introduction

Ingredients

Biscuit Crust:
1 cup whole wheat flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup milk (this is approximate)
Toppings:
1/8 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 small onion chopped or rings
1/2 medium bell pepper (your choice of colour)
4 slices ham lunch meat chopped
6 oz cooked shrimp
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
4 oz grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Biscuit crust:
mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the olive oil and mix again. Then mix in about 1/2 the milk. The dough should just hold together, if its still too dry add more of the milk. Press into a pizza pan or small cookie sheet.
Toppings:
Spread Pizza sauce over the crust evenly. Sprinkle rest of toppings over crust, ending with cheese.
Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve with veggies and dip or a nice salad. Serves 3 - 4
