Ingredients

    2 large Cans whiet Albacore Tuna in Water
    1 Cucumber chopped
    1 red, green and yellow pepper
    6 med-lg radishes
    1 medium red onion
    1 cup parsley
    2 cups frozen peas (never canned)
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup horseradish

Directions

The cooking time is 20 minutes for the pasta and then once everything is assembled refrigerate for a t least two hours. If you get so luck place your serving bowl in the freezer 2 hours prior to making this dish to speed up the temperature.
It is so tasy you may eat more than one serving at a sitting....
