Ingredients


    * *Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, half stick (remove)
    * Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Peel potatoes, slice thin, rinse and drain well.
Chop onions fine.

Melt butter in pot (do not let butter brown), add flour stir 'til like paste, add water and heat through. Next add grated cheese and stir and melt, add milk and warm through (DO NOT BOIL). Mix in Mrs. Dash
Arrange potatoes and onions in casserole pan and pour cheese mix on top.

Bake 350 for about 35 - 40 minuter or until potatoes are tender when poked with a fork and cheese is golden brown.
