Ingredients

    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 48 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lemon grass (citronella), fresh, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1000 grams (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Form each potsticker and cook for 1 min high and add water, then cook for 7 min med with lid on.
