    4 (4oz) boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/4 cup prepared pesto
    1 cup prepared alfredo sauce (such as Bertolli)
    2 cups sliced fresh babay bella mushrooms
    Freshly ground black pepper


Spray slow cooker with non stick olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken breast in bottom, followed by mushrooms. Mix pesto and alfredo sauces together and pour over all. Cook 6 - 8 hours on low or 3 - 4 hours on hi. Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Return to sauce and mix well to coat. Makes 6 servings. I serve over whole wheat linguine (not included in nutrition values).
