Ingredients

    1 apple
    3 heaping scoops greek gods honey yogurt
    1 T brown sugar packed
    1 t vanilla
    1/4 t cinnamon
    1 c apple juice, frozen
    1/4 c apple juice
    1 heaping T oatmeal
    ice, about 5 cubes

Directions

makes 2 servings

core apple, leave skins on. Cut into chunks. Put everything into a blender, blend until smooth.
