Ingredients

4 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
4 1/2 cupsll-purpose flour
2 cups shortening
1/4 cup baking powder
1 tbsp sea salt
Directions
Measure out the dry ingredients into a very large bowl. Cut in shortening. Store in an airtight container.
Can be used in any recipe that calls for pre-made biquit mix (bisquick).
Makes 44, 1/2 cup servings
To make bisquits:
2 1/4 cups biscuit mixmix
2/3 cup milk
1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
2. Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
