Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/8 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1/3 C fat free french vanilla Stonyfield yogurt
    1 C brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 t vanilla

Directions

Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes in a greased brownie pan, until a golden brown.

    Very Good
    UPDATE: i was storing them in the freezer. if you eat them straight out of the freezer instead of reheating, they stay soft but more brownie-like!

    they're a bit more cake-like than blondies i've had in the past. not sure if that's because it uses yogurt or if i just didn't bake them long enough
