Introduction
This is something I created out of desperation---need to vary the Methods of cooking Egg Whites on a daily basis!!!Turned out okay so thought I'd share it here. Ingredients

3 Jumbo Egg Whites
1tsp.Corn Flour
1tbsp.Whole Milk
1tbsp.finely chopped Shallots(Red Onions)
1tbsp.finely chopped Fresh Red Peppers
1tbsp.finely chopped Tomatoes
1tsp.Dried Parsley
1pat Unsalted Butter
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Black Pepper
Directions
PREPARATION
Slice the top off the Bread Roll and hollow it out.Toast the Crumbs and set these aside to use later for any other Recipe needing it.
Blend the Egg Whites,Milk and Corn Flour till smooth but not frothy.Finely chop all the Vegetables.
METHOD
Melt Butter in a Frying Pan on low heat and saute all the finely chopped Vegetables till soft and lightly cooked.Add Salt and Black Pepper.Slowly stir in the blended Egg White Mixture and keep stirring till thickened and cooked to desired consistency.Fill in the hollowed Bread roll and enjoy with a cup of hot Indian Tea.If preferred,toast a large slice of Whole Wheat Bread or Multigrain Bread instead of the Bread Roll.
