Awesomely fresh and protein-packed meal! Perfect for summer days. I added 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers, 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped onion (in lieu of onion powder), and then scooped the mix onto a bed of fresh spinach and wrapped in low-carb spinach wrap. Will definetly make again! - 4/18/10
