Ingredients

    2 medium heads of broccoli torn apart in small pieces
    2 small zucchini sliced thin
    1 lb of beef trimmed and sliced in small pieces
    4 Tablespoons soy sauce
    2 Tablespoons cornstarch
    2 Tablespoons water
    2 Tablespoons water
    2 teaspoons sugar
    4 teaspoons course ground black pepper
    3 Tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 medium onion sliced thin

Directions

whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch,2 tbsp water,sugar and pepper. add meat to the mixture, stir and set aside. Heat on high,1 Tbsp of the oil, in a wok or stir fry pan
till hot but not smoking.add broccoli and zucchini and stir for 1 minute. Add water and reduce heat to medium. Cover and let cook til tender-crisp about 6-9 minutes. Transfer veggies to a dish and set aside. Add remaining oil to pan and increase heat to high. let oil get hot and add onions. stir for 1 minute. Stir beef mixture and add to onions. Cook stiring constantly, till beef is no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes. Return veggies to pan, and stir until mixed well, and heated through.
