Introduction

This is an attempt to adapt a home made sports drink recipe I found online for a low carb diet. Basically by substituting Splenda for sugar, I add sweetness to cover the taste of the salts while drastically reducing the number of carbs. Ingredients

    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 18 packets
    Water, 2 Liters
    Morton Lite Salt, 0.75 tsp
    Sugar Free Koolaid, 1 packet

Directions

Dissolve all dry ingredients in water. Makes 8 quarter liter servings (slightly over 1 cup)
