Ingredients

    2 lbs of pork tenderloin
    2 red bell peppers
    1 cup of teriyaki sauce
    1/5 cup of creamy peanut butter
    2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes
    5 garlic cloves

    green onions
    1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts

    ANY KIND OF RICE YOU ENJOY

Directions

Cook white rice as directed

Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. place the bell pepper strips and pork into slow cooker. pour the Teriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes and garlic over the pork.

cover and cook on low until pork is tender 8-9 hour

once tender remove the pork from the slow cooker
and whisk in peanut butter until smooth

return pork to slow cook and cook for 10 minutes more

pour into serving dish and sprinkle with green onions and peanuts
