    1 Cup Unsweetened Low Fat Soymilk
    6 oz silken Tofu
    3/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
    1/4 cup dry roasted almonds
    2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup


Directions

Blend together. Some frozen berries or an orange makes a nice addition.
