Ingredients

    Cod (fish), 400 grams (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 small (remove)
    Salt, 5 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Potato Starch, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Rice Dream soy milk, 100 mL (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 small (remove)
    Fresh Chives, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)

Directions

cut fish in small pieces, place in blender and blend until it forms a smooth mass. Add salt and blend a little more. Add the egg, spice, onion and chives, and set blender on low, adding the milk a little at a time. Add potato starch last. When all is incorporated, form patties and cook on medium-low heat, on both sides, until cooked. serve with grated carrot, boiled potatoes and garlic butter, or on bread with ketchup for a quick&easy open sandwich
