Ingredients

    3 cans 7 oz, Albacore Tuna, drained ( this gives you 1 lb. of meat)
    1/4 cup Finely chopped Onion
    2 Tablespoons Best Foods Low Fat Mayonaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1.2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original
    1/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1&1/4 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood Spices



Directions

Drain and flake the 3 cans of Tuna in a medium bowl. Next add all of the other ingredients and mix very well. Take the mixture and shape into 8 patties ( about 1/3 cup each).
Spray a large non-stick pan with cooling spray and heat over medium high heat. Add the patties to the pan and, cook for 3-4 minutes then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

This makes 4 servings 2 patties each.

    I loved it. I did omit the extra salt and the old bay spices the second time i made it. I used lemon pepper seasoning instead. I found it to be a lot less salty the second time. - 3/18/10
