    14-16 cooked manicotta shells
    250 g (about 2 cans) fresh or frozen crabmeat, flaked (can be artificial)
    20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can of your favourite pasta sauce - I like Hunt's Thick & Rich Roasted Garlic


Preheat oven to 400F. Cook manicotta shells as directed on package and set aside. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam.

In a medium bowl, combine crab, spinach, cheeses, onions, egg and salt. Mix well. Use a spoon or your fingers (Julia Child says it's ok) fill shells and place in dish. Cover with sauce.

Bake uncovered, until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
