Ingredients

About 5 4oz chicken breast
14 -15 corn tortillas
3/4 cup yogurt (about 1 Tbsp for each taco)
2 cans La Victoria Green Enchilada Sauce
About 130 g of mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook chicken in desired seasonings. I like goya adobo.
Tear apart chicken.
Roll about 1/3 chicken breast, 1 Tbsp yogurt, and about 1 tbsp cheese into one tortilla. You can drizzle just a little sauce on the inside if you like. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 of sauce on into casserole dish. Lay tortillas side by side in a pan, it's ok if they squish together some. Keeps them rolled. Cover with the rest of sauce. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese. Bake for about 30 min. at 350. Enjoy.
