Ingredients

    1 box (16 oz.) macaroni
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
    1 1/2 lb reduced fat small curd cottage cheese
    1 16 oz container grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs beaten
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    a little Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, oregano, and basil
    1 26 0z jar spaghetti sauce
    1 16 0z can diced tomatoes

Directions

Prepare macaroni and drain.Combine macaroni with spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 of the Parmesan, eggs, and seasonings. Mix well.
Mix spaghetti sauce with tomatoes. Pour 1/2 of the sauce mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish. Spoon macaroni mixture into dish and top with remaining sauce. Spoon remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 350 till heated through. About 45 min.
