Ingredients

    2 cups White Flour
    2 cups Bran *
    1/2 cup White Flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup dried fruit, seeds or nuts
    2 cups sour milk
    1/2 tbsp oil

    *can mix bran, oatbran, oatmeal, etc to make up 2 cups.

Directions

Sour a cup of milk with 1 TBSP lemon juice. Add wet ingredients to dry and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
