    1 box reduced sodium Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice
    2 cups brown rice
    1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
    1 can red berans, drained


Boil chicken 20 to 30 mins or until done
Start cooking Zatarain's rice according to directions
Shred chicken
The last 10 mins before Zatarain's is done add brown rice, chicken, and red beans.
