Introduction

VERY TASTY AND HEALTHY LOW CARB HAMBURGER BUN MADE IN A MINUTE IN THE MICROWAVE. THIS CAN BE USED FOR MINI-PIZZAS AND IT'S A GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR AN ENGLISH MUFFIN IF YOU WANTED TO MAKE POACHED EGG ON TOAST OR AN "EGG MCMUFFIN" TOO VERY TASTY AND HEALTHY LOW CARB HAMBURGER BUN MADE IN A MINUTE IN THE MICROWAVE. THIS CAN BE USED FOR MINI-PIZZAS AND IT'S A GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR AN ENGLISH MUFFIN IF YOU WANTED TO MAKE POACHED EGG ON TOAST OR AN "EGG MCMUFFIN" TOO

Ingredients

    2 TBSP. MELTED BUTTER
    1 LARGE EGG
    4 TBS. GROUND FLAX SEED MEAL
    1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER

Directions

STEP 1: FORK MIX THE LARGE EGG IN SMALL MIXING BOWL.
STEP 2: ADD GROUND FLAX SEED (I PREFER THE "GOLDEN FLAX SEED") AND MIX TOGETHER.
STEP 3: ADD THE MELTED BUTTER AND BAKING POWDER TO BOWL AND MIX INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH.
STEP 4: I USE THE BOTTOM HALF OF A HAMBURGER PATTY MOLD AND SPRAY THE PLASTIC MOLD WITH PAM FIRST.
STEP 5: POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE HAMBURGER PATTY MOLD AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE ON HIGH.
STEP 6: TURN OUT THE HAMBURGER BUN ONTO A COOLING RACK AND THEN I CUT THE BUN IN HALF AND TOAST IN A SMALL TOASTER OVEN AND STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.

P.S. I made about 8 of these (1 at a time in the microwave) and then cooked them at 350 Degrees for 15 mins. in the oven and then stored them in the fridge.
