Ingredients

    1 Medium Onion, 1/4 inch thick slices
    1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning
    1 large egg

Directions

Preheat Oven to 425 F

Whisk Egg in medium bowl
Mix breadcrumbs & seasoning in shallow dish
Separate onion slices

Dip onion slices in egg & then transfer to bread crumbs. Turn rings in crumbs to lightly coat. Transfer to a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
