Introduction

Great meatballs and a serving of veggies. Use frozen pureed squash. Great meatballs and a serving of veggies. Use frozen pureed squash.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    4 sausage links casing removed
    1 egg
    1/4 cup organic ketchup
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    4 slices whole wheat bread. Put in food processor for bread crumbs
    1 package pureed frozen squash

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add all ingredients and mix well until completely combined.
Shape into 2 inch meatballs
Place on baking sheet (I use a silpat)
Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serves 8
