Introduction

This is a traditional meal at my mother's house in Guatemala. It's GREAT TASTING! and i've reduced the fatty parts of the meal so that would be able to eat it while in this diet and the future also. Ingredients

    Ground beef, 20.8 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    White Rice, medium grain, 4 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup

Directions

First add the ground beef until it begins to turn a little brown. Next, add the tomato sauce (add as much as you want, personally i add more than 1/2 cups, about 1.5 or 1 cup).
After add in the peas and swet corn or any other veggies you would like to add, it will all taste the same!

Next the Rice, is seperate. you don't add it to the ground beef, you make it seperate, and if you would like, add mixed frozen veggies in the rice. TASTES AWESOME!

Beans are also seperate, but for this recipe Red kidney beans are the perfect beans to go with the food, adding one or two garlic loaves will increase the flavour.
