Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    5 med. apples
    4 med. kiwis
    12 flour tortillas
    1 cup sugar
    4 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    parkay spray


Directions

Instructions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon
Cut tortillas into six triangles
place on cookie sheet spray w/ parkay
sprinkle w/ sugar cinn. mixture
turn over and do the same to the other side
bake at 300 degrees for about 12 min.
you will have to do this several times until you've baked all tortillas.
core, peel and cube apples and kiwis
put in food processor and dice
put into serving bowl keep cool until served
