This is a tasty way to get rid of leftover chicken or Thanksgiving turkey. Can be served with mashed potatoes, noodles, stuffing, bread, or rice. Ingredients

9 oz chicken or turkey breast, cooked
32 oz Swanson chicken broth, fat free and 33% reduced sodium
1/4 C. cornstarch
3 Tbsp water
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Shred or finely chop chicken (or turkey).
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, bring chicken broth to a boil.
Combine cornstarch and water. (You may choose to add more or less water to the cornstarch, depending on how thick you want the gravy to be.) Stir cornstarch mixture into the boiling broth.
Once the gravy begins to thicken, add chicken stirring constantly until mixture returns to a boil and thickens. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
1 serving = 5 oz net weight
