Ingredients

    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
    2 Med. Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 Med. Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled and cubed
    2 Med. Carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
    1 Can (28 Oz.) Whole Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Paprika
    1 Tsp Celery Seed
    1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/8 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1/4 Cup Basil Leaves, chopped

Directions

1. Combine Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Tomatoes, all spices (except Basil Leaves), and Broth in the Crock Pot.
2. Cover, Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 Hours.
3. Sprinkle with Basil Leaves just before serving.
