Ingredients

    potatoes - sliced
    onion
    package frozen mixed vegetables
    salt/pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    butter

Directions

Spray 4 squares of aluminum foil w/ nonstick cooking spray.
Place all vegetables and spices in a large freezer bag - shake to season all veggies.
Divide all veggies onto alum. foil, add tbsp. of butter to each packet.
Wrap veggie packets w/ extra sheet of foil.
Grill for 15 min. on one side, flip, grill additional 15-20 minutes until poatoes are tender.
