Similar to Crab Cakes but with the health benefits of salmon! Similar to Crab Cakes but with the health benefits of salmon!
Number of Servings: 4


    15 oz. canned salmon
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning


Mix all ingredients together and form cakes. Pan fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Makes 6 cakes.

  • these were dry and hard to shape to patties, so I added two egg whites to get them to bind. they were sort of bland, too. With a little work they could be really good. I will add some sauteed onion, garlic, and bell pepper for moisture and flavor. - 1/23/11
