Ingredients

    2 fl oz cooking wine, sherry
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    3 tsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    16 cups shredded lettuce
    1 medium thinly sliced pear
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    1 small red onion,thinly sliced
    1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled, not packed

Directions

1. Mix sherry, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil to make
the dressing.
2. Arrange greens, pear, strawberries, and onion on each salad plate.
3. Pour salad dressing over salads and sprinkle with blue
cheese.
