    2 pounds ground beef
    2 packages old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1 pound reduced fat sour cream
    tator tots


Bake tator tots as indicated on the bag. Brown ground beef, drain, add 2 packages old El Paso Taco Seasoning. Put into 9x13' pan. top with sour cream
Next top with Tator Tots. You can add cheese on the top if you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

  • My kids love this. I add ground boca instead of beef and use only one pack of taco seasoning. A lot less fat with the boca. - 1/19/08
