Ingredients

    sift the three cups of flour add the sugar, salt, oregano,parsley,basil and olive oil. add the yeast to the 1 cup of warm water and let sit until foamy. peel the garlic cloves and add to the light margarine and cook until melted and set aside. combine yeast mixture with the dry ingredients and mix together when it is all combined knead until it feels elasticy. let raise until double. press into half sheet cake pan lined with parchment paper and brush with melted margarine and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. top with 2/3 cup shredded mozzerella and let melt. cut into 21 servings and enjoy.
