Introduction

Two large Portabellos Mushroom sliced in large pieces
One large chopped onion.
One clove garlic
One Tb of Worcestershire Sauce
Two Tb of olive oil
Saute until soft. Sprinkle with a dash of Balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

    I use One Point rolls by Arnold..or 100 cals.
    You don't need cheese, but a sliver of good bleu makes it devine. Serve on roll with letteuce.
    These can be grilled..by placing in Alum foil.

Directions

One mushroom per sandwich..just divide cooked mushrooms in half. Very filling and yummy
Cooked, it is about one cup each ..can be served over salad greens too..instead of a sandwich
Each portion is 102 calories..before the roll. My roll is 100 cals.
