Introduction
A twist to applesauce. Microwave a peeled apple with sugar and cinnamon added. Then combine all into a blender and blend until desired smoothness. I like a applesauce texture. Ingredients

1 Apple (apx. 3-1/4" dia.)
Dash of cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
1 Cup - apx. 5-7 Strawberries (cut in halves)
1/2 TBSP Water
Directions
Makes 1 serving
Prep:
Remove leaves from strawberries.
Wash strawberries and then cut in halves.
Set aside.
Peel apple.
Cut off slices of apple (without core) and place in small microwave bowl.
Add Cinnamon and sugar to apples and 1/2 TBSP water. Microwave Apple for 1-2 minutes on high.
Apples are done when just turn soft.
Add apple mixture and strawberries into a blender.
Blend 1 minute.
Makes a sweet great tasting apple-strawberry Cinnamon sauce. Like apple sauce but better.
