Ingredients

    2.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken
    1.5 cups of salsa
    1 can Corn
    4 medium red potatoes
    2 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Cut potatoes and microwave for 12 minutes or until tender.
Cubed chicken and cook in fry pay in olive oil.
Add potatoes, corn and salsa.
Heat through
