Steak & Pasta with Pesto Butter Steak & Pasta with Pesto Butter

    4 Petite Cut No Name Steaks
    2 tbs. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
    1/4 c. prepared Basil Pesto
    2 c. cooked Spaghetti


season the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil steaks according to package directions. Mix the pesto and butter together in a small bowl and set aside. Boil the pasta, drain and toss with 6 tbsp. pesto butter mixture. During the last minute top the steaks with a dollop of pesto butter. Serve over pasta.

Makes 4 servings.

Each serving is 1 steak and 1/2 c. pasta
