Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    1 10oz can Low Sodium, Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 C pearl barley
    2 cans water (use the soup cans)
    2 C sliced mushrooms
    4 med carrots (quartered then sliced)
    2 ribs of celery sliced
    2 med zuccini (quartered then sliced)
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pcs)
    I eyeball all my spices, so I estimated:
    1 Tbs. Poultry Seasoning
    2 tsp. Pepper
    2 tsp Onion Powder
    2 tsp Garlic Powder


Directions

Put all ingredients into crock pot, cover and cook on low for 9 hours or until barley is tender.

Makes approx. 10 (1 cup) servings
