Ingredients

    1lb ground pork
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (takes the place of salt)
    black pepper
    1 small head of cabbage
    1/2 C green pepper, diced
    3-4 green onions, diced
    2 carrots, grated
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (takes the place of salt)
    Egg Roll Wrapper
1 egg whisked with 1 Tbsp water

Directions

Brown pork with ginger and l/p seasoning and 2 Tbsp woy sauce.
Add the bell peppers, carrots and cabbage season w/ black pepper. Once everything is soft and wilted about 5 minutes, add in green onions.

To assemble:
Lay down one wrapper and swipe egg wash on 3 of the 4 edges of the wrapper.
Spoon about 1 spoon full of filling onto the middle of the wrapper. The edge WITHOUT the eggwash wrap over the filling, pull two sides to the center and roll up tightly. Continue with each one.
Place a cooking rack or roasting pan rack on a cookie sheet and lay down each roll not touching. drizzle or spray just a little bit of oil so they'll brown, not much!!!
Heat oven 425 bake for 10-15 mins, turning each roll once during cooking to brown evenly. They will NOT be 'fried' brown, but they'll be crispy and not oily at all.
