Ingredients

    • Jennie-O Lean White Turkey & Gravy Loaf
    • 2 packs Turkey Gravy Mix
    • 2 1/2 cups water
    • 2 boxes Stove Top Turkey Dressing
    • 6 tbsp Light Margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Leave lid on foil pan.
  2. Place foil pan on baking sheet at least 6" from top of heating element.
  3. Oven roast until center of Turkey & Gravy registers 165°F (about 2 to 2 1/4 hours).
  4. Take internal temperature by inserting a meat thermometer into center of Lean Turkey & Gravy.
  5. FOR DRIPPINGS GRAVY
    Remove fully cooked Lean Turkey & Gravy from foil pan.
  6. Stir gravy mix and 1 cup water (start with 1/2 cup and add slowly after if needed) into gravy in foil pan. Heat to boiling, stirring contactly.
  7. Remove from heat, gavy will thicken so add additional water prior to removing from heat if gravy is already too thick.

    OMG this is even BETTER than real turkey dinner and so much simpler. We have a VERY hard time eating the serving size, we always want MORE even though we ALWAYS end up stuffed. - 7/20/07
