Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup each of chopped Avocado, English Cucumber, Tomato, Green Peppers and Jicama
    1/4 cup of diced shallots (about 3 Tbs.)
    2 Tbs chopped cilantro

    Put all in a bowl and toss with:
    2 Tbs of Olive Oil
    The juice of one lime
    2 Tbs of Garlic Powder with Parsley
    Mexican Spices to Taste (chili powder, cumin)
    1 pkg of Splenda Sweetener
    1 Tbs medium Taco Sauce
    Toss and chill

Makes 4 servings about 1.5 cup per serving
