Introduction
This is a low calorie pizza that will fill you up and is quick. Just add a small salad and it is still less than 500 calories. No veggies so kids will love it and it has 56 grams of Protein!!! The recipe is for serving which can be easily duplicated and all put in the oven at the same time. There is heavy meat which can be lessened and you can add tomatoes and any veggies that you like. I am not a big veggie person and am pretty picky so I have to compensate for things to get low cal. I hope all enjoy it!*** Just thought I would add that the hormel meat also has regular pepperoni so make sure you get the right one and it is found in the lunch meat section (a friend of mine couldn't find it when I gave her this recipe). Ingredients
-
1 Flat Out Multigrain Flat Bread
17 pieces Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
22 pieces Hormel Canadian Bacon
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
3/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese
Directions
Spread the pizza sauce on the flat bread and spread 1/2 cup of cheese. Add pepperoni & canadian bacon (and any other veggies) and top with 1/4 cup of cheese. Put in oven at 300-350 degrees until cheese is nice and melted.
***The bread does not end up very crispy if put on a baking sheet so you could put directly on rack but I would suggest that you lower the temp so that it does not burn.
***Makes 1 serving
