Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon (drained)
    3 Large Eggs
    3 Tablespoons Nonfat Milk
1/2 package Stove Top Stuffing mix (dry/crushed)
5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil (may substitute any cooking oil)

Directions

Crush stuffing mix in bowl. Put drained canned salmon into large mixing bowl. Break 3 large eggs into mixing bowl, add milk, and crushed stuffing mix. Wash hands well. Mix well, I find that my hands work the best for this. Start large skillet on medium heat. Add some oil to warm skillet and form patties about same size as a hamburger. Cook patties in oil turning as edges start to brown, cook until egg cooked through. Serve with your favorite veggies for a complete meal.
